Daily Provisions

This was the best addition to our block. Their breakfast sandwich is a little expensive and you need to order with double egg in order to be satisfied, but damn it is good. Their hot sauce is incredible. I am so angry that we did not buy a bottle before we moved. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Creperie

I cannot resist a good crepe. I will buy one every single time I walk past, which made MacDougal street very dangerous for me once I discovered Creperie. They have so many different types of crepes, but I always ordered a sweet one, filled with chocolate. Each time I ordered, it was heaven in every bite. Run, don't walk to get yours.

Chip City

People always talk about Insomnia, but how are they sleeping on Chip City? A delicious Insomnia alternative to a big, chunky cookie. This cookie, also like Levain Bakery, is hard to eat in one sitting because it is so rich. They have a lot of interesting flavors and are definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in the West Village.

The Moxie

By now, you have definitely seen this bar on someone's Instagram. It is really cool but really pricey.  It has a carousel, mini-golf, and incredibly large drinks. I have only been during the day and we ordered a massive drink, but I think after going one time, I have experienced the fun and will not return unless I have another event. I am curious to see how the crowd changes at night time.

Stone Street

Stone Street is a great place to spend your day in the Summer.  There are a lot of restaurants and bars that line this street and there are no cars. People spend all day sitting outside, drinking & eating.  Try to make a reservation or get there early to make sure you get a spot. I will be going back a lot this Summer, so I can add information about each specific bar.

House of YES

Feeling like going out, but also to a show? House of Yes is for you.  Each night is a different theme. They have aerialists and they go all out with their decorations. Their music choices match their themes and the place seems like it is always packed.  You need to buy a ticket in advance if you want to make sure you don’t spend an hour waiting online outside. The bathroom line is ridiculously long at all times, but the dancing & atmosphere make it worth it. ~Disco Night~
